The Morse Code is still taught all the year round to the R.A.E.  Intermediate, Foundation standards.  There is, available at the meetings, Morse Code learning equipment and excellent tutors. The tutors are extremely helpful and will teach you at a pace that is suitable for you.
Versatile computer software is obtainable via adverts in the various radio amateur magazines or from the internet.
There are also a number of books which can be bought again via the magazines or via the R.S.G.B. and even cheaper from G5MS (Members book service).  There are many Radio Amateurs who give Morse lessons on the air communicating mainly on the 2m (144MHz) and 70cm(433MHz) bands.
Even if a person is not licensed to transmit they can still learn by listening.
The Morse tutors are Alan Harding and Harry Wilson.
